Which payment methods can I use to place my order?
Purchases can be made using Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and PayPal. You can also pay using Visa, MasterCard or any of the major Credit/Debit Cards via PayPal, without the need to have a PayPal account.
I encountered an error when trying to paying. How do I pay?

You may attempt to pay with one of our alternative payment methods or, you may call our sales team on 01388 417 141 between the hours of 8:30am – 4:00pm from Monday to Friday and they will process your purchase manually for you.

How do I use Amazon to pay for my order?

Using Amazon Pay on our site is easy. Simply click on the Amazon Pay logo on bag or checkout page. You will be asked to sign into your Amazon account. From here you will be redirected back to the main website to complete the checkout process. The payment options presented will be your saved Amazon payment options.

I’ve cancelled my order – when will my money be available again?

When you cancel the order, we will process the cancellation within 1-2 working days. The time it takes for the funds to be returned to your depends on your bank, you will need to contact them directly.

What is your returns policy?

Do you refund delivery charges if I return something?

Your delivery charge will only be refunded if DQT was at fault, for example if your entire order was defective or incorrect.

DQT will refund standard delivery charges only at our discretion.

How long does a refund take?

We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving the returned order at our warehouse.

The colour of the item I received doesn’t match the colour on the website. Why?

We do our best to ensure the image we show online matches that of the real colour. Once a picture is taken, it is carefully compared to the actual product on various screens and edited as necessary by our graphics design team.

Colours however, on different devices such as monitors, smartphone screens or tablets can vary. Every device has its own set of colours, contrast and calibration. If you’re not satisfied with the colour of the product you receive please contact us.

What if my item is defective?

We take damaged and defective items very seriously. If you received a faulty item, please do not return the item immediately but rather contact us using our contact page and we’ll help resolve the issue right away.

I returned something, how do I know if you’ve received it?

We will notify you as soon as your return is processed. We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving the returned order at our warehouse.
