Your delivery charge will only be refunded if DQT was at fault, for example if your entire order was defective or incorrect.

We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving the returned order at our warehouse.
We do our best to ensure the image we show online matches that of the real colour. Once a picture is taken, it is carefully compared to the actual product on various screens and edited as necessary by our graphics design team.
Colours however, on different devices such as monitors, smartphone screens or tablets can vary. Every device has its own set of colours, contrast and calibration. If you’re not satisfied with the colour of the product you receive please contact us.
We take damaged and defective items very seriously. If you received a faulty item, please do not return the item immediately but rather contact us using our contact page and we’ll help resolve the issue right away.
We will notify you as soon as your return is processed. We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving the returned order at our warehouse.
Our warehouse will only be able to process a return if we have the correct information on the returns slip. Returns will be flagged as pending if no returns slip is included awaiting communication from yourself.
All item(s) should return in its original, unworn condition, including the original packaging and all tags. The packaging is designed to protect the product in transit, and as couriers will not accept responsibility for any damage caused during transit, we wouldn’t want anyone to have their refund denied for a damaged product that wasn’t their fault. If we receive items without their original packaging in reasonable re-usable condition, we withhold the right to deny any refund based on disregard for our Returns Policy.
Yes, but you’ll need to include the return slip for each order.
Klarna returns will follow DQT standard returns process. Please see here for more information. Once we received and processed the return (partial or full), you will receive a confirmation email from DQT. Then an updated statement will be sent to you by Klarna if you’ve made a partial return. With a full return, your statement will be closed. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.
