Do your items come in a gift box?

Items don’t come in a gift box unless stated in the description. Some of our items have the option of adding an optional gift box.

How can I find waistcoat chest and waist dimensions?

All sizing information, including chest and waist measurements, are available on our waistcoat size guide found in the product descriptions.

Are you able to send fabric samples or swatches?

Absolutely! We have fabric samples available for most of our fabrics. Please check our swatch page here.

Do you have enough stock of several ties of the same design?

Generally, yes. If you are unable to add the desired amount to your bag, give us a call or email us. Our team will be happy to assist with checking current inventory and see when/if the next delivery is due. You can reach us through our contact page.

How do you clean a tie stain?

It’s important to take care of the necktie in the best possible way for it to keep the lustre and form for a long time. If you must wash the tie, go to a dry cleaners with experience of washing ties. Although it is possible to wash a tie, it is not recommended because it can easily lose its original shape and lustre!

What’s the best way to iron a tie?

Try to avoid ironing a tie if at all possible. If you are left with no other choice, ensure you cover the tie with a cotton cloth beforehand and use the correct temperature.

A tip is to do just like you would with a suit, hang it up in the bathroom when you shower. Water steam will then remove any distortions.

Another tip is to roll up the tie by holding the narrow end and then roll the tie around your hand. Let it lay down to rest overnight.

What style of shirt collar should I wear with my cravat/bow tie?

You can choose to wear a shirt with either a wing-collar or a regular shirt collar.

Do you sell children’s neckwear?

We offer ties, bow ties and cravats from just 2 years old in selected fabrics.

Can you amend my order?

In order to meet the delivery timescales we promise on our website, we dispatch orders very quickly. Therefore, you must request an order an order amendment before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you must request a return after receiving the order. Please contact us as soon as possible.
