Will my order arrive before Christmas?

While we will do our best to accommodate orders to arrive before Christmas Day, we strongly recommend ordering in early December for a prompt arrival before Christmas.

Expect local orders to take up to several extra days to arrive in the run up to Christmas with International orders potentially taking longer.

For a seamless holiday experience, we recommend prioritising faster local delivery options such as RM 24 or, even better, RM Tracked 24. 

What is the cut-off time to dispatch the same day?

All orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 3:00pm on a Friday, on a Saturday, a Sunday or a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Absolutely! We have a lot of international customers. Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of our control, there are a number of countries and locations we do not deliver to. The reasons for this can range from high customs charges to economic sanctions.

How much does it cost to deliver internationally?

Delivery costs internationally is dependent on weight. Your delivery costs will be calculated during the checkout process.

What happens if I am not available to sign for my parcel?

If you are not available to sign for your parcel, couriers may acquire a signature from a neighbour, concierge, or other person at your address, such as a colleague or receptionist.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

Once you have placed your order on our website, we have a very small window of opportunity to amend the delivery address. Please contact us immediately through our contact page, phone or live chat for a better chance of changing the address before the order is dispatched.

How will I be charged for customs and import charges?

We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.

What happens if I don’t receive my order within the time frame?

It rarely happens that our clients do not receive their order within the target time frame; however, from time to time this does occur. If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date please contact our Customer Service Team.
