We’ve gone paperless! To help reduce waste, we no longer include a returns label within your parcel.
We only process refunds for returns. Customer’s wishing to exchange item/s must place a new order and the original will be refunded as per the below policy.

Returns Procedure

1. Fill out the Returns Form.
2.Print DQT Return Request confirmation email and enclose within your return parcel.
3.Send back the parcel to the stated return address. Make sure you keep proof of postage.
4.We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving the returned order at our warehouse.
5. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

RETURNS POLICY

  • You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Certain products such as swatches are made to order items and are non-returnable.
  • A Returns Form must to be completed.
  • Print DQT Return Request confirmation email and enclose within your return parcel.
  • Products must be returned presentable, in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags.
  • DQT can’t be held responsible for delay, loss or damage to your returned package by the carrier. Please retain proof of postage.
  • Customers are liable for return shipping costs except when DQT is at fault.
  • Failure to follow our return’s policy will result in your return being rejected or subject to a reduced refund.
