For your return to be accepted, please follow these steps:

You can request a return within 30 days of purchase.
Certain products such as swatches are made to order items and are non-returnable.
This Returns Form must to be completed.
Print DQT Return Request confirmation email and enclose within your return parcel.
Products must be returned presentable, in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags.
DQT can't be held responsible for delay, loss or damage to your returned package by the carrier. Please retain proof of postage.
Customers are liable for return shipping costs except when DQT is at fault.
Failure to follow our return's policy will result in your return being rejected or subject to a reduced refund.
